Can I cancel my order?
No, it is not possible to cancel at once but after you have placed an order we have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

What happens if I get the wrong product?
If there's something wrong with your order - if it's the wrong size, the wrong color - just let us know, and we'll sort it out so both partners are happy.

Can I bathe & shower with the jewelry?
You can bathe and shower with all our jewelry made of stainless steel without any problems. If the jewelry is made of copper or similar material, we do not recommend coming into contact with water or the like for a longer life.
