We offer worldwide shipping within 2-7 working days. The package is delivered to Mailbox or Agent depending on what you choose for shipping options at checkout. It is important that you enter the correct registered address with the shipping option mailbox.

RETURNS

Should you for some reason not be satisfied, we have a 14-day open purchase.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

You must provide valid and accurate delivery information. If Indossa receives back a package that was sent to the wrong address or was not picked up on time at the agent, we will charge a fee.
