Refund Policy
We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened and unused, with tags/seals and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are not accepted on specially ordered goods such as special measurements, engraved jewelry, etc
To start a return, you can contact us at info@indossa.se. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We are not responsible for return slips and that returns must be sent by registered letter.

Injuries and problems:
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and make it right. We are not responsible for lost packages if you enter the wrong address or wrong delivery info when choosing the shipping option to the mailbox.
ATTENTION!
We only have the right of exchange when purchasing discounted products or when purchasing with a gift card. Open purchase only applies to regular price purchases.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. When returning, we charge a fee of 5€ to cover shipping costs and transaction fees.
